Leah and Abby

Friends Leah and Abby came to visit from Massachusetts.  Blake took them to his favorite diner.
We went over to the Museum of Natural History.  The girls searched the museum for this statue that was apparently in the movie Night At the Museum.  Blake didn't share in their excitement.

Today Blake checked out the Bethesda Fountain in Central Park.

Take Out

We had some Italian take out with our neighbors tonight.

Today we went to a playground that had a huge mural of Monument Valley.

Today we took a music class in the park with some friends.

Rainy Day

It was raining today so we met our friends Matthew and Daniel at the children's museum.  It was a zoo, but Blake didn't care.  He really enjoyed the sand table.

Today Blake hung out with his friends at playgroup.  Then we went over to the museum fountains with his buddies Reid and Allie.  Blake has been making it over to the fountains almost everyday because its been so warm.  He loves it.

Sunday Party

Today we went to another birthday party.  Blake's friend Lindsay celebrated her first birthday party not far from our apartment.  A teacher from Gymboree was there for entertainment.

The New York Philharmonic

Last night we went to see the New York Philharmonic in Central Park.  We had a fun picnic. Blake enjoyed running around and playing in puddles with his buddy Caleb.  He also liked his bedtime.... 9:30.

His new thing is to climb up on anything and everything.

Rooftop Pool

Today we went to our friend Matthew and Laura's rooftop pool on the 44th floor.  It is an indoor pool in the winter, and the glass opens up in the summer.    
There was also an area for the kids to play on the rooftop.  Blake loved the little cottage.

Fat Lip

Today we met some friends at a park.  Blake really liked the elephant fountains.  
He is getting very daring running in and out of the fountains.  Shortly after this photo was taken, Blake did a face plant on the cement.  He scraped his stomach and got a fat lip.

Central Park With Caleb

Today we met Caleb and Baby Connor in Central Park.  The New York Philharmonic was setting up and practicing for their show tonight.  The boys enjoyed the music.   

Party Animal

Blake was excited to celebrate another first birthday today.  His friend Matthew had his party at one of Blake's favorite restaurants.  Blake enjoyed the pizza, chicken, and vegetables.  
Poor Matthew was so tired he slept right through his cake ceremony!

Today we went to Connor's birthday party in Central Park.  John is Connor's godfather, and Connor's dad is Blake's godfather.
