Caden started eating rice cereal this week. He liked it right away.

Blake is so happy his friend Narinn is in his class again this year. Last week we were invited to his house for a pizza making party with some kids from school. So much fun. Thank you Narinn!

One morning on vacation Caden and John were still sleeping, so Blake and I decided to go and get breakfast downstairs in the hotel. We had a gorgeous view, delicious food, and Blake was the perfect date. He seemed so grown up to me. One of my favorite moments from our trip!

More White Mountains

The hotel was beautiful and had lots of fun things for kids to do.
Blake didn't want to get out of the pool. He went from the outdoor pool, straight to the indoor one.
There was a horse stable at the hotel where they offered pony rides for kids. Blake was so excited. He walked right in the barn, saw a few big horses and ran out saying he didn't want to ride the horse. We never even got to see the pony!
Later that day we took a horse and carriage ride around the hotel property. I think this picture is hilarious. It looks like they are being tortured!

We ate dinner on the back patio overlooking a huge hill. Blake would play on the hill while we waited for our food to come.

Storyland

We all had so much fun at Storyland. It brought back lots of memories from when I went as a kid.
Blake was a little freaked out by Humpty Dumpty. His eyes moved back and forth. He refused to sit on the wall alone.

Log flume ride. Blake also says he loved the roller coaster..... but while we were on it his face was shear terror.

We rode in a pumpkin up to Cinderella's castle. Blake chatting it up with Cindy herself... but he refused to sit in her throne.

One of Blake's favorite sections of the park were the storybook replicas. His favorite was The Three Bears house. He didn't want to leave.
