Halloween Festivities

Blake is making his way around the Halloween party circuit. Marci, William, and Sabrina were nice enough to host a fabulous Halloween bash. We brought spider cupcakes.

Literary Walk

Blake and I took a walk to the Central Park Zoo. We passed through one of my favorite spots in the park, the Literary Walk.

Swedish Cottage Marionette Theater

We met some friends from school at the Swedish Cottage Marionette theater in Central Park. It was a fantastic performance called Three, where they incorporated characters from The Three Bears, The Three Little Pigs, Three Billy Goats Gruff, and Three Blind Mice. Blake was glued.

Twins

Blake's friend Narinn's mom is expecting twin girls this winter! I was happy to be able to celebrate at her shower this past weekend.
Can't wait to meet the girls Nan!

Fall Fair

We went to a local schools fall fair this morning. Ghost bowling.
We ran into our friend Reid and was able to take a train ride with him.

We met Daniel, baby Rebecca, and Allie out for some burgers. We got them some shakes to entertain them at the end of the meal.

Taco Tuesday

Tonight neighbors Maria, Caleb, and Connor came over for turkey tacos (yes, I cooked!)The boys had trouble keeping the shells intact, but enjoyed the fillings.
The night was wild and ended with a group shower.

Boo At The Zoo

We took Blake to the Bronx Zoo this weekend for Boo at the Zoo.

We took a spooky hayride. It really was SCARY! They had a treat bag before you boarded the ride. Blake grabbed sour patch kids. I insisted he wouldn't like them. He ate the whole bag. Yuck.
