Blake took a trial cooking class this week. It was great! All the dishes we made were Greek. Blake followed directions and was really into it. I think we might sign up in the winter. Breaking up the Romaine for his Greek salad.
Filo dough, spinach, and feta. YUM.
Blake's favorite was definitely making (and eating) the sugar cookies. Here he is trying to roll the dough into a crescent shape the way the instructor showed him.
